CHARCOAL EVENTS was contacted by Tarah and Patrick to assist with Month of Coordination for their wedding on September 23, 2017.

I was excited at the opportunity to work at the Omni King Edward Hotel in downtown Toronto, which is where Tarah and Patrick’s ceremony and reception were both held, in the very luxurious Sovereign Ballroom. The events team at the King Edward were so wonderful to work with which really helped the day be so successful. They managed to flip the room from full ceremony into full reception in just over an hour. Was amazing to see their team come together and get it done! Incredible!

The vendors that Tarah and Patrick had selected to work with were all new to me, and they were all incredibly lovely and produced great results for the big day. Hoping I get the chance to work with them all again.

The day went off without a hitch, we even had some extra time during the cocktail hour that allowed for some pretty incredible photos with the city in the background. Something that Tarah and Patrick really wanted. Thankfully the weather was absolutely incredible. The shots from Wee Three Sparrows are simply breathtaking.
